You can tell Erin is originally from the midwest due to her aggressive friendliness. A lifelong lover of brewery, bar, and restaurant culture, she has dedicated her career to the joy of food and beverage as a means to connect people and expand palates. Perfectly at home in both Michelin-starred restaurants or swiping beers from your dad's dusty beer fridge, she thrives at curating joie de vivre through both excellent service and engaging public and private events.

After an extended stint in West Virginia and a brief stint in NYC, Erin moved to DC in 2019 and joins the Henceforth team after working in Marketing and Events for Silver Branch Brewing (Silver Spring, MD) and Red Bear Brewing (Washington DC). With 15 years of experience under her belt, she is excited to tackle a new challenge, meet new people, and expand her horizons.

In her free time, Erin enjoys long (slow) walks with her beloved basset hound, Baxter, live music, exploring the area's best hot dogs, and wandering around DC listening to murder podcasts. She looks forward to sharing a beer with you in the Henceforth taproom!
